August New Skater Scrimmage

When: Starting Sunday, August 11, 2024, 1:00 PM ET – 4:00 PM ET.
Where: Buhr Park Ice Arena

What: The goal of this event is for newer skaters to get some scrimmage experience with others at a similar level, have fun together, and keep learning.
$10 Drop-in
Not Open to Spectators
Gameplay may stop periodically to talk about weird scenarios or penalties; this is a perfect opportunity to learn more about roller derby and grow as a skater or official.
Officials, both on-skates and off, are welcome and needed!
To participate as a scrimmaging skater, you must have 0-1 years of experience bouting/scrimmaging. If you are a rookie with 1-2 years of experience but feel this event fits your level, please sign up and tell us more about yourself in the free text box at the bottom.
